We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Shipping is free on all orders over R799. For orders under R799, a flat R99 fee applies and is shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. These times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by peak periods, public holidays, weather, or courier delays. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Please double-check your address and contact details at checkout. We can't be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories, with no signs of damage, misuse, or alteration. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Gift cards, personalised or custom-made items, and final sale or clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Email our support team at support@valeriosa.co.za with your order number, the item(s) involved, and a brief reason. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how to send it back.

You are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, a damaged item, an incorrect item, or an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@valeriosa.co.za with your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cancellation can't be guaranteed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues resulting from materials or workmanship. This includes discolouration, loss of plating, or tarnishing under normal wear, as well as faulty clasps, broken links, and similar workmanship issues.

It does not cover lost or stolen jewellery, damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care, intentional damage, alterations or repairs by third parties, normal wear and tear such as scratches or dents, or claims submitted without photographic evidence. The warranty is offered in good faith and subject to a fair use policy, and we reserve the right to refuse claims involving misuse, intentional damage, fraud, or repeated abuse of the policy.

Take a clear photo of the issue, note your order number, and email both to support@valeriosa.co.za. Our team will assess your claim and reply with next steps as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we'll either replace the item or issue store credit for its value.
