What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues resulting from the materials or workmanship of your jewelry. This includes:

• Discoloration of the jewelry material.

• Loss of plating or tarnishing under normal wearing conditions.

• Manufacturing defects such as faulty clasps, broken links, or workmanship-related issues.

If you experience any of the above, simply email our support team with a clear photo of the affected item and your order number. Once reviewed, we will either replace the item or issue store credit for the value of the product.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover

To ensure our warranty remains fair and sustainable for all customers, it does not cover:

• Lost or stolen jewelry.

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care.

• Intentional damage of any kind.

• Alterations, modifications, or repairs carried out by third parties.

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or other cosmetic signs of regular use.

• Warranty claims submitted without photographic evidence of the issue.

Fair Use Policy

Our Lifetime Warranty is offered in good faith and is subject to a fair use policy. Valerio & Co reserves the right to refuse warranty claims where there is evidence of misuse, intentional damage, fraudulent activity, or repeated abuse of the policy.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Take a clear photograph showing the issue with the item.

2. Include your order number.

3. Email the information to hello@valeriosa.co.za 

4. Our team will assess your claim and respond as quickly as possible with the next steps.
